It’s simple – it’s me, Emma Campbell.
With over 16 years of experience, I bring a unique combination of passion, expertise, and personal dedication to every client and candidate. My journey began in an executive search firm in Mayfair, London then moved to a high-street agency in Hertfordshire, where I turned around an underperforming office and earned company performance awards. Recognised as one of the firm’s rising stars, my career led me to Dubai, where I helped grow their UAE office.
After four years in Dubai, I returned to the UK to launch my first company, where we won several local business awards. In 2013, I founded TalentHQ Ltd and proudly won ‘Best New Business’ in Hertfordshire in our first year.

As a working mum of two young children and our dog Rufus, I’ve spent the past few years contracting, but now I’m back, more determined than ever!
